CLEVELAND, Ohio — A new federal electronic health record system recently launched at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center will improve continuity of care when veterans transfer among facilities, and allow for the seamless transfer of military health records among the VA, Department of War and other federal partners, the VA said.
